Filter Wallboard for Short Abandoned

We believe it would be helpful to set a filter on the wallboard to not count short abandoned calls. The user can set the threshold on what defines a short abandoned. This will allow for anyone viewing the wallboard to only see a total for true abandoned calls, instead of a caller that hangs up shortly after being presented to an agent.
