ECS Reports - ability to download report without having to view

Some reports take forever to show. If the users walk away they come back to find it crashed. Maybe downloading without the view would be more successful

Reports don't normally "crash" and if you are experiencing an issue, please contact our Support team so we can resolve it. Have you taken advantage of creating a report subscription so the output is delivered to your email Inbox?

Yes we have, however these are the ad hoc reports they create on the fly.
