ecs change audio

Currently our users are having issues selecting their audio output. I would like to be able to control which audio in/out that ECS is using such as system Default, or by selecting the audio from a list, perhaps via the browser?

In Setup, you can control the Default Phone for each agent and whether or not they are allowed to change it. For more details, see the Default Phone and Change Extension fields available on the Agent profile -- https://support.evolveip.net/display/EIQ/ECS+Setup%3A+Staffing+-+Agents+Tab.
