ecs change audio
Currently our users are having issues selecting their audio output. I would like to be able to control which audio in/out that ECS is using such as system Default, or by selecting the audio from a list, perhaps via the browser?

Rich Fox AdminIn Setup, you can control the Default Phone for each agent and whether or not they are allowed to change it.
