ECS System Requirement Check

Can a webpage or program be created that would allow users to run a check against their system to see if it meets the recommended specs for running ECS? A similar function to check for SIP ALG and that the necessary ports are open for physical phones and UN-One would also be helpful and greatly reduce the amount of tickets we create.
