Play regular closed message after Special Day hours
An example of a special day is us opening our call center later for our agents to attend a company meeting at the start of the day. What I would like to have is the ability to play the message stating that we are opening later for a company meeting play from midnight to the end of the meeting and then play our typical closed message after our normal end time.

We have an active new feature in our backlog to add a Temporary Schedules activity item to allow setting a date, start time, and stop time to play a temporary announcement within a business process flow. I will be sure to notify you directly when this new feature is generally available. -
