Allow Calls to Ring Both Headset and Speaker for Internal Voip Phone
Customer notes that when taking calls on "Internal Voip Phone" in ECS, inbound calls can either ring the headset or the speakers but not both. Customer is asking for a setting similar to Webex which allows inbound calls to ring both the headset and the speakers and then go directly to the headset when talking to the caller. A couple of questions:
1) Who is the customer making this request?
2) They are using the ECS Agent (.net) client rather than eAgent correct? Just verifying, as eAgent does not have a softphone. -
