ECS audio file upload / edit
Allow client administrators to manage their own audio (was) files via the ECS administrator portal.

Rich Fox AdminECS allows the client Administrator to modify / replace / delete WAV files in the Media Repository. Is there some additional functionality beyond what is currently in Setup that you are suggesting?

Peter EisengreinThe audio that a caller hears when placed on hold can only be changed on the back-end by a system-level administrator (Evolve IP engineering). This, and any others like it, should be available to the customer admin via the Setup client.
