Option to Leave a Conference that you've started in ECS

If you want to warm transfer two people to introduce them, you have to consult an agent, start a conference, end the conference, retrieve one call, then transfer.

It would be nice if I could consult an agent (brief them on what's going on and any useful info about the person), start the conference (introduce the two to each other), and then press a button to leave the conference (with the other two still connected to each other).

Target for this feature release will be with the new ECS Web Agent client release. Target Fall 2020.
