Be able to see more than 5 queues in call center supervisor client
Right now our call center manager can not monitor all of our queues. He can only see 5 at any given time. For us that leaves 3 queues not monitored.

Doug Hutchinson AdminI believe this request is for the Broadworks Contact Center application. If this thought is incorrect, please let me know. Cisco is not planning to make changes to this application.
However, our ECS product does allow you to monitor all of your queues/business processes within a single window. You can size that window and use scroll bars on it to view detailed statistics about the queues/business processes. There are also quick view display cards for your use as well.
