Call Center Agent Management page - Should show more details
Since there are functional limitations based upon the brand/model of the telephone set, the Call Center Agent Management page should provide more details about the agent's assigned telephone. For example: Each agent listed should show the "Device Type" from their "Edit User" page, e.g. "Polycom Business Media VVX 401" and if the "ACD-Keys" are enabled.

Jason Jefferies AdminDennis, I will start by saying I'm in favor of this suggestion, since we identify phone information in the User section of OSS. It should not be overly difficult to carry it over to the Agents page. I do not see ACD tags next to the users, however. As you know, when adding new agents to an enterprise/group the standard has usually been set whether the ACD buttons are added to the handsets by default, but we can see about making that information visible as well.
